Samsung S24B150BL squashed display 1920 x 1080


Samsung S24B150BL
This monitor displayed the screen squashed using  VGA 1920x1080, using auto on the monitor did not correct the problem, below are resolution settings that can be set manually.

(Warning: if your monitor is not the above model then look up the correct settings in your user manual otherwise you will damage your monitor)

Dear Poster,

Thank you very much for this, I had the same issue with a Samsung S24C650PL monitor. I am using a Dell Latitude E5430 Laptop with an Intel HD 4000 Graphics Card with a Startech Dual display (DVI, VGA) KVM. I used the settings provided and used AUTO adjust and it did the trick.
