OpenSSL VisualStudio 2010 x86

1. Install Perl
2. Make folder C:\opensslbin 
3. Download https://www.openssl.org/source/
4. Extract to C:\openssl
5. Open prompt cd to c:\openssl
6. Run:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\Common7\Tools\vsvars32.bat
perl Configure VC-WIN32 no-asm --prefix=C:\opensslbin
ms\do_ms
nmake -f ms\ntdll.mak
nmake -f ms\ntdll.mak install   

The built libs will be in C:\opensslbin
